By booking a ride with Royal Cabs Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Bookings can be made via phone, website, or app.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
A confirmed booking will be provided with a booking ID and driver details prior to pickup.
Fare will be based on the type of service (local, airport, outstation) and vehicle selected.
Toll, parking, interstate taxes, and driver allowance (for outstation trips) are not included unless specified.
Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or online. Advance payment may be required for outstation trips.
Changes to trip details (timing, pickup/drop location, etc.) must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Additional charges may apply for route or schedule changes.
Customers are expected to maintain basic decorum and not engage in behavior that may distract or harm the driver.
Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.
Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
The driver has the right to refuse a ride if the passenger is intoxicated, misbehaving, or poses a safety risk.
The driver may also decline last-minute modifications that are not part of the original booking.

Royal Cabs Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are also not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the ride. Passengers are advised to check their belongings before leaving the vehicle.
All drivers are verified, experienced, and trained in customer safety.
Vehicles are GPS-enabled and regularly sanitized for hygiene and security.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
