Terms & Conditions – Royal Cabs Services

By booking a ride with Royal Cabs Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, or app.

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

  • A confirmed booking will be provided with a booking ID and driver details prior to pickup.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Fare will be based on the type of service (local, airport, outstation) and vehicle selected.

  • Toll, parking, interstate taxes, and driver allowance (for outstation trips) are not included unless specified.

  • Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or online. Advance payment may be required for outstation trips.

3. Trip Modifications

  • Changes to trip details (timing, pickup/drop location, etc.) must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Additional charges may apply for route or schedule changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are expected to maintain basic decorum and not engage in behavior that may distract or harm the driver.

  • Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.

  • Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Driver Rights

  • The driver has the right to refuse a ride if the passenger is intoxicated, misbehaving, or poses a safety risk.

  • The driver may also decline last-minute modifications that are not part of the original booking.

6. Cancellation & Refund

  • Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation charges and refund timelines.

7. Liability

  • Royal Cabs Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are also not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the ride. Passengers are advised to check their belongings before leaving the vehicle.

8. Safety & Compliance

  • All drivers are verified, experienced, and trained in customer safety.

  • Vehicles are GPS-enabled and regularly sanitized for hygiene and security.

9. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
