Cancellation Policy – Royal Cabs Services
At Royal Cabs Services, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, keeping in mind both customer convenience and operational requirements.
Local & Airport Bookings:
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time: 50% of the fare will be charged.
Outstation Trips (One-Way or Round Trip):
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip: No cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the trip: 25% of the total fare will be charged.
Cancellations made within 3 hours or in case of no-show: 50% of the total fare will be charged.
In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, natural disasters, or driver unavailability), Royal Cabs Services reserves the right to cancel a booking. In such events:
The customer will be notified immediately.
A full refund will be processed (if payment has already been made).
We will do our best to arrange an alternative cab on priority.
If eligible for a refund:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
